Volunteering At SACSNA

St Albans Caroline Springs Netball Association (SACSNA) is a proud not-for-profit organisation built on community, connection, and the dedication of our volunteers. Our association relies on the generosity of individuals who contribute their time, skills, and passion to support the development of netball within our region.

Volunteers are essential to the success of our competitions, programs, and events. From coaching, umpiring, and team management to courtside support, administration, and committee roles, each volunteer plays a vital part in creating a safe, inclusive, and positive environment for all participants.

As a community-driven organisation, all funds raised through registrations, programs, and events are reinvested back into the association to improve facilities, enhance pathways, and ensure the long-term sustainability of netball within our local area. Because of this, we deeply value every volunteer who helps us deliver these opportunities.

SACSNA is committed to supporting our volunteers with clear guidance, respect, and recognition. We encourage individuals of all backgrounds and experience levels to get involved and contribute to the growth of our netball community.

In addition to volunteer support, SACSNA engages a number of other positions to ensure the consistent and high-quality operation of our competitions, programs, and governance. These roles may be offered on:

  • Fixed-term contract (seasonal or annual appointments),

  • Casual or sessional arrangements, or

  • Honorary agreements.

Together, we continue to provide meaningful sporting opportunities, empower young athletes, and strengthen community spirit across St Albans, Caroline Springs, and surrounding areas.
